1. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Membran Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use NoCapture on devices you own or control. Pro and Lifetime licenses are tied to your account and subject to device limits described at checkout.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with NoCapture. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software. NoCapture is designed for legitimate privacy protection. Use in violation of applicable law is strictly prohibited.
3. Refunds
Pro and Lifetime purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact support with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5-10 business days.
4. Disclaimer
NoCapture is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for complete protection, no privacy tool can guarantee security against all capture methods. You are responsible for verifying protection in your specific environment.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Membran Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of NoCapture.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NoCapture after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification.
